Bennett's Potted Solway Brown Shrimps

UK's best potted Shrimps"
The shrimps are caught from two boats, the Jaana B and the Boy
Bailey.
They are cooked, on the boat, as soon as the nets are brought in.
Each days catch is "picked" (peeled) by a team of expert
"pickers" in a state of the art pickery situated close
to the dock.
